Erica is a distinguished leader in demographic research and program evaluation, advancing evidence-based education and health initiatives worldwide. She has led and co-led impactful studies, designed evaluations, and conducted in-depth data analyses worldwide.

Throughout her career, Erica has collaborated with organizations such as the Population Council, USAID, and the World Bank. Her research encompasses adolescent development, school-related gender-based violence, and public health, contributing significantly to evidence-based policy and program improvements.

Erica earned her PhD in Demography from the University of Pennsylvania and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has published extensively on topics like cash transfer impacts and education and health equity.
